Rainbow Nymph dispatch each business day from our Brisbane head office via Australia Post. Any orders received after 2pm AEST will be fulfilled and ready for delivery the next business day. 

We are responsible for your purchase until it leaves our facility. After that, it is out of our control.

Rainbow Nymph will be responsible for the customer’s shipment only while it is within Rainbow Nymph custody and control. Rainbow Nymph shall not be liable for loss or damage of a shipment while shipment is out of Rainbow Nymph custody or control.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit;

You are responsible to file the claim with Australia post. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies, if you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.

We are also not responsible to weather related damage or delays. Once package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.


  1. Rainbow Nymph shall be not liable for any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, non-delivery not caused by its own negligence, or for any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery or non-delivery caused by:
    1. the act, default or omission the shipper or consignee or any other party who claims an interest in the shipment.
    2. the nature of the shipment or any defect, characteristic, or inherent vice thereof.
    3. violation by the shipper or consignee of any term or condition stated herein including, but not limited to, improper or insufficient packing, securing, marking or addressing, mis-describing the contents of any shipment or failure to observe any of these rules relating to the shipments not acceptable for transportation whether such rules are now or hereafter promulgated by Rainbow Nymph or it’s vendors.
    4. Acts of God, perils of the air, enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority or law, acts or omission of postal, customs or other government officials, riots, strikes, or other local disputes, hazard incidents to a state of war, weather conditions, temperature or atmospheric changes or conditions, mechanical or other delay, of any aircraft used in providing transportation services or any other cause reasonably beyond the control of Rainbow Nymph.
    5. Acts or omissions of any postal service, forwarder, or any other entity to whom a shipment is tendered by Rainbow Nymph for transportation, regardless of whether the shipper requested or had knowledge of such third party delivery requirement.
    6. Electrical or magnetic injury, erasure, or other such damage to electronic or photographic images or recordings in any form, or damage due to insects or vermin.
  2. While Rainbow Nymph will endeavour to exercise its best efforts to provide expeditious delivery in accordance with regular delivery schedules, Rainbow Nymph will not under any circumstances be liable for delay in pickup, transportation or delivery of any shipment regardless of the causes of such delay.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like insurance please contact Mission Control at Rainbow Nymph prior to purchase.

International orders: we are not responsible for any customs fees or shipper’s fees you will incur or for delays because of customs. We cannot change the value of the product shipped. We have no way of knowing if you will incur a customs fee or not. If you do, we are not responsible and you will not be reimbursed. You must read the policies before ordering you will not be refunded or reimbursed. We cannot track packages shipped internationally once it leaves the Australia, we are not responsible for packages shipped to international addresses.
